Shipping policy

All orders are handmade-to-order for you within 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Expected shipping time is 5-8 business days for Domestic orders.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Megan-Marie which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of the seller (Megan-Marie), but the responsibility of the shipping service. Support will be provided in the event of lost or stolen items while in transit, but no refunds will be provided for such items.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Signature may be required for delivery.

Free shipping for orders over $165.

Free local pickup is available when discussed. You will receive a notification of fulfillment via email. Pick up time and date must be indicated and appropriately executed by you. 

International Shipping

International shipping is available for Canada and Europe at this time.  Flat rates and shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Signature may be required for delivery. Shipping speed is determined at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All orders are made-to-order for you and cannot be refunded or returned. If you have issues with your jewelry, however, do not hesitate to reach out to Megan-Marie here within 14 days of delivery. She will do her best to provide you with a product you love.
